Tsukijiは、「築地駅」徒歩1分に位置する地上8階建てのカプセルホテルを、1棟フルリノベーションしたシェアオフィスです。
コンセプトである「ギャラリーのようなオフィス」にちなんで、100点以上にも及ぶアート作品を各フロアに展示。
1階のEntrance Galleryを始め、2階は「Tokyo
Street」、3階は「Botanical Garden」、4階は「Japanese Modern
(Zen)」というアートコンセプトを設け、各コンセプトのアートを展示しています。
機能面では、1階共用部（ギャラリー／ラウンジ／共用パントリー）には打ち合わせやコミュニケーションを誘発する空間を、2～4階には会議室やフォンブース、仮眠室を完備しテナント契約者様が働きやすい環境を整えました。
5～8階にはフロア貸しセットアップオフィスを設けております。約10㎡～250㎡の大小様々な区画をご用意し、24テナントが入居可能となっています。
企業の成長に合わせてMISTO
Tsukiji内での移転も可能となっています。
共用部には、五感を刺激する香りやラウンジ音楽が空間を演出。コーヒーサーバーやキオスクなどテナント契約者様が利用できるサービスが充実した施設となっています。
MISTO Tsukiji is a fully renovated shared office building, originally an eight-story capsule hotel, located just a one-minute walk from Tsukiji Station. The concept, "an office like a gallery," is brought to life by displaying over 100 pieces of artwork throughout the floors. The first floor features the Entrance Gallery, while the second floor is themed "Tokyo Street," the third floor "Botanical Garden," and the fourth floor "Japanese Modern (Zen)," each showcasing art that aligns with its respective concept. In terms of functionality, the first-floor common area (gallery/lounge/shared pantry) offers spaces conducive to meetings and communication. The second to fourth floors are equipped with conference rooms, phone booths, and nap rooms, creating an environment that facilitates easy work for tenants. Floors five to eight are designed as set-up offices for tenants, accommodating up to 24 businesses with various spaces ranging from approximately 10㎡ to 250㎡. MISTO Tsukiji allows for internal relocation to suit the growth of each company. Additionally, the common areas enhance the experience with sensory-stimulating scents, lounge music, coffee servers, and kiosks, providing a well-rounded service for tenant use.

MISTO
Tsukijiは、人やビジネス、オフィスやアート、コミュニティーや技術など、様々な要素が混ざり合う、
そのような場所を意味する名前として、"MISTO"と名付けられました。
ロゴは、ビジネスとアートが同価値で居合わせ、混ざり合う場であることを
マーブリング模様のような液体が揺らぎ混ざりあうようなエレメントで表現。

MISTO is a French word meaning "mixed" or "blended." MISTO Tsukiji was named to represent a place where various elements such as people, businesses, offices, art, communities, and technology come together and mix. The logo expresses this concept using elements that resemble a marbling pattern, illustrating how liquid swirls and blends together. It represents the blending and unification of different office formats, art, people, professions, and various other elements.
